Turners, toolmakers and designers make up a work group exclusively dedicated to the tool and die making area. As a result, we can develop any project starting either from instructions or samples, as well as deliver the blueprints of the die casting at the end of process.
We have also an area which specialises in the maintenance and repairing of die castings.

We have a wide range of injection machinery with a tonnage capacity ranging from 80 tons to 900 tons, which are also equipped with programmable logic controllers, autoloaders and state-of-the-art furnaces, thus enabling a production of pieces which ranges from 0.5 kg to 12 kg.

In order to meet the highest standards of quality, it is essential to apply cutting edge machinery and selected tooling to the manufacturing process. Therefore, we have acquired machines of the latest technology which enable us to perform excellent machining and deburring processes, and hence to successfully achieve such standards.
